ESTATE: AUCTION LOCATION: Auction will be held at 101 Magnolia Street, Slidell, LA. INSPECTION: Drive by - the property is vacant. If needed, the auction personnel can escort prospective buyers to the location by appointment. TERMS: 10% DOWN PAYMENT on auction day. Buyer must register with $2,500 CERTIFIED FUNDS. These funds will become a part of the down payment and will be credited to buyer at closing. Closing to be held within (30) days. AS IS with waiver of redibition.
