Auction will be held at 101 Magnolia Street, Slidell, LA. INSPECTION: Drive by - the property is vacant. If needed, the auction personnel can escort prospective buyers to the location by appointment. TERMS: 10% DOWN PAYMENT on auction day. Buyer must register with $2,500 CERTIFIED FUNDS. These funds will become a part of the down payment and will be credited to buyer at closing. Closing to be held within (30) days. “AS IS” with waiver of redibition. All information contained in this brochure was taken from sources believed to be correct, but there is no warranty or guarantee by auctioneers, real estate brokers or agents or by the sellers.
