My 20% deposit of the total maximum bid via cashier’s check for the item (s) will be sent via U.S. Mail.  I understand the deposit will be refunded immediately after the auction if I am not the successful bidder. If I am the successful bidder and fail to pay for my purchase within 48 hours of the auction, my 20% deposit is forfeited.  I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the sale at the auction.  In the event there are reserves on any equipment and my bid does not exceed the reserve amount it will be considered as a NO BID!
