PENNY MUTZ, CAI – B.M.Ed. 1967 from Murray State University, Certified Auctioneer's Institute, Chief Executive Officer & Secretary of ServCorp International, Designated Real Estate Broker of Sencore Properties, Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #G0803, Mississippi State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #GA-628, Master Senior Appraiser # 6320, Certified Real Estate Instructor, Notary Public commissioned in St. Tammany and Orleans Parishes, over twenty-one years in the auction profession, over 15 years as an auctioneer,  Louisiana Auctioneers Association President 1989-1991,  former member of Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board. Is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 655).  Active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.

BRADLEY MUTZ, GPPA – President  of ServCorp International with over 16 years experience in the auction industry and seven years as an auctioneer.  First Class Naval Certified Welder and excellence in auto mechanics.  Duties include daily office management, asset management, broker sales, and appraising of assets.  He is also in charge of the upgrading and maintenance of computers and maintains the Website.  He is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 1467) and the State of Mississippi (License # 1238/1239F).  Active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) Courses 101 & 201 completed in July 2007, GPPA Designation achieved in December 2007. Served on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association for 2008-2009 and is the Association's Vice-President for 2009/2010. Experienced as an Expert Witness in Court.

CHARLES “CHUCK” MUTZ – Vice-President of ServCorp International. Experienced in computer graphics and layout design for brochures, auctioneer for over 16 years and was a real estate agent for seven years. He is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 748) and the State of Mississippi (License # 1237).  Active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.

YVETTE M. MUTZ, GPPA – General Manager of ServCorp International with duties including daily accounting procedures, marketing and decision making.  Over 14 years experience in the auction industry and computer operations.  Seven years experience in layout design for brochures and advertising and seven years experience in maintaining the Website. Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) Courses 101 & 201 completed in July 2007, GPPA Designation achieved in December 2007.

CONNIE WHITFIELD – Executive Assistant for ServCorp International, Inc. & Sencore Properties. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, and auction registration, cashiering and check out. Five years experience in the auction industry. 

CHERIE GUMPERT – Part-time office and auction assistant w/seven years experience in the auction industry.  Duties include typing, filing, answering phones and auction registration, cashiering and checkout.

TYRONE CLAUDE – Member of the Sencore Properties team. Tyrone has obtained the designation of Louisiana Real Estate Appraiser Trainee #T2380. 

CHARLIE HODGINS – Part-time auction assistant handling absentee biddings, checkout and removal.  Four years experience in the auction industry.

PAUL SHEPHERD – Over Ten years experience in the auction industry. Duties include securing and preserving auction assets, auction set up, removal, and checkout, as well as yard maintenance.

CHRIS RICHOUX – Over Ten years experience in the auction industry. Duties include securing and preserving auction assets, auction set up, removal, and checkout, as well as yard maintenance.

YOKO RANCATORE – Joined Sencore Properties in 2010. Yoko is a licensed real estate agent.  She has been a successful business owner/operator of Katore Collision Center during the past twenty years, with her husband Paul Rancatore Jr. She brings with her a great deal of experience dealing with the public; she has a cheerful personality, determination, and loyalty to her clients and customers. We are proud to have her join our team!

ARIEL MUTZ – Part-time assistant. Completed auction school at Texas Auction Academy in June 2010.  She is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 1751).  She is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association.  Ariel is currently in high school and will graduate in 2011. She is a third generation auctioneer in the Mutz Family.

JESSICA MARTIN – Part-time assistant. Assists in administrative duties in the office and during the auctions. Jessica is currently in high school and will graduate in 2011.

TIMOTHY L. MUTZ – B.S.I.E. 1968 from Murray State University, Certified Auctioneer's Institute. Timothy Mutz was the President of ServCorp International for over twenty-six years with experience in auctions, broker sales of movables, appraiser of movables and asset management.  He was a licensed auctioneer in the States of Louisiana, Mississippi & Alabama (License #: LA 347, MS 734, & AL 1661). He was also an active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. In Loving Memory of Timothy Lee Mutz, June 6, 1945 to November 11, 2006, 61 Years Old, He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
